We look at it properly

We pull real comparable sales and get eyes on the house. Then we give you a number and show you how we got there.

You get time

Everything goes to you in writing before you're bound to anything. Some states also require a waiting period — Missouri's is 14 days — and we follow whatever applies where your house is.

You sign, then you close

Contract at the agreed price, closing at a title company or attorney's office. Most close in 14 to 30 days. You take what you want and leave the rest.

What we actually are.

PWRD LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not agents and not a brokerage — we don't list your house, we don't market it to the public, and we never charge you a commission or a fee.

We put your house under contract at a price we agree with you. In most cases we then assign that contract to a cash buyer who closes on it. Your price doesn't change when we do that, and you'll see it in writing before you sign anything — some states require that, and we'd tell you anyway.

If a real estate agent would get you more money, we'll say so. That happens, and it's a short conversation rather than a wasted month.
